Any errors or non delivery of items or faulty products must be notified to us within 48 hours of goods being received. Any consignment that has been damaged in transit will only be refunded if:
1) You have signed for the goods as damaged
2) You have refused to accept the damaged goods
We will not accept responsibility for non delivery of goods if they have been requested to be left without signature.
We will accept returns of goods shipped correctly according to your order, and give full refunds, where the product has not been used or damaged. Return shipping costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands, identifying the reason for the return.
Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to the same credit card account that you used to purchase the goods; payments by cheque, postal order or money order will be refunded by cheque.
If incorrect goods have been sent to you, then return shipping will be at our expense and we will refund you for both the goods and the shipping on receipt of the goods.
