The Mustad Black Blade knife is made in Sweden, from high quality steel with solid and long-lasting cutting geometrics. The hook has been made with a smaller radius, making it easier to trim between the frog and the bar. Also by having a smaller hook it makes it easier to form smaller holes in the hoof when removing abscesses. The ergonomically shaped wooden handle provides a comfortable grip to enable a good transmission of power to the blade.
